A creative community centre for people, ideas and things worth discovering. We bring together stories, creative practices, objects and experiences through collaborations, conversations and gatherings. What began in June 2023 as a one-year concept store in Tiong Bahru grew into a living room for ideas, a place for young creators to experiment and share their work, and a meeting point for a community curious about design and the world around us. Though the physical space was temporary, the spirit of Aaah House continues to find new ways to bring people and ideas together.

An independent design office fuelled by curiosity and questions. We see design as a way to explore ideas, make connections and look at things from a different perspective. Each project is an opportunity to dig a little deeper, experiment with different ways of making and find an unexpected way forward. Our work takes many forms, from identities and publications to objects, spaces and experiences, often finding its way into places we didn't quite expect.

We take what we make seriously, but never ourselves too seriously. After all, life gets more interesting when you leave a little room for the unexpected.

Aaah Press is an independent publishing imprint exploring ideas and creative practices through books, zines and printed matter. We work with artists, designers, writers and other creative minds to develop and publish independent projects, alongside ideas and experiments of our own. We publish work that offers different ways of seeing, understanding and engaging with the world around us.
