Returns & Exchanges

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made—so please shop mindfully!

That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you. We’ll gladly replace it with the same item—just drop us an email at hello@aaah.house and we’ll sort it out.

Please note: we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, or for delays caused by incorrect addresses, public holidays, or things out of our control (like courier mishaps or weather drama).

If your parcel was damaged by the courier, we recommend reaching out to them directly. We wish we could help more, but it’s outside our reach.

Orders & Shipping

All international orders are shipped via our national postal service—depending on where we are in the world.

For local deliveries, you might just get a knock on the door from Ryan himself (on his bike) or one of our trusted private couriers.

We ship within 5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless stated otherwise.

Orders placed on Fridays are shipped the following Monday (GMT+8). If you order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process it the next business day.

You’ll get a tracking link via email once your order is on its way. Tracking-wise, things work a little differently from country to country. Some postal services scan and update along the way, some don’t. If your parcel’s taking longer than usual and the updates have gone quiet, just give us a shout. We’ll enquire with our national postal service, who’ll check in with their overseas partners. Fair warning—postal agreements give them up to 60 days to respond. We know, it’s a wait… but we’ll keep you in the loop as best we can.

Heads-up: International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t control them and can’t cover them for you—we wish we could! 

Estimated Delivery Times

US / Europe: 10–12 business days
Asia Pacific: 5–7 business days
Singapore: 3–5 business days

These are estimates—actual delivery times might vary depending on what you ordered or if there are any hiccups like incorrect addresses, customs, or shipping delays out of our control.

Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal. That’s it for now—we don’t take cheques, bank transfers, or other forms of payment.
